At Brilliant Earth, our mission is to cultivate a more transparent, sustainable, compassionate, & inclusive jewelry industry. We believe in creating jewelry you can feel good about wearing, without ever compromising between quality and conscience.

When we couldn’t find a standard that met ours, we created a new one. We started by creating a rigorous protocol for diamond sourcing that goes beyond industry practices: Beyond Conflict Free™ Diamonds which are selected for their ethical and environmentally responsible origins. Our company and our provenance claims for natural diamonds, recycled gold, and recycled diamonds are independently audited and verified.

Our number one goals is to make incomparably beautiful jewelry, just for you. At our San Francisco design studio, our team designs every piece to delight you, from the first time you see it and every day after. We carefully consider the entire place – the artfully tapered prongs; the hidden accents under the center gem; the precisely curved interior of each band. We obsess ovr comfort, quality, and durability to ensure that this is jewelry you will cherish for a lifetime.

Caring about the planet and its people is part of who we are. That’s why we established the Brilliant Earth Foundation, a donor-advised fund, focused on three critical area – Responsible Sourcing, Social Impact, and Climate Action. We contribute to programs that are dedicated to improving social and environmental practices, including Feeding America, the Rainforest Alliance, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. We support initiatives for education & vocational training; fair mining practices; protecting children from child labor; and restoring land that has been destroyed by unregulated mining.
