Hudson House’s 5,600 square foot West Village location features their signature warm leather booths, a large wraparound bar, a spacious sit-down raw bar and outdoor patio designed to complement the neighborhood’s atmosphere while delivering the polished comfort guests expect from the brand.

The menu reflects the brand’s commitment to timeless, coastal-inspired dishes paired with a robust raw bar. Signature favorites include fresh East Coast Oysters flown in daily, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and The Cheeseburger. The beverage program remains a defining element of the Hudson House experience, led by the “World’s Coldest Martini.” Offerings include The Classic, Bleu & Gold, and Lemon Drop with Limoncello foam.

Hudson House West Village will be open Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Weekday happy hour runs 3–6 p.m. at the bar, featuring half-price martinis, bellinis, and wines by the glass, $3 East Coast oysters, and $10 cheeseburgers.
